Allied Center Faisalabad (Allied Centre Plaza): Shops, Apartments and Rent on Narwala Road (2026)

Allied Center, also searched as Allied Centre Plaza, is a mixed use building on Narwala Road in Faisalabad with apartments, offices and ground floor shops, marketed by ArzaayPak for the developer Al-Fazal. On 19 October 2026 we found no live sale listing with a price, only expired ones: a 2 bed apartment of 2.7 marla at PKR 84.56 lakh and a 1 bed apartment of 324 sq ft at PKR 39.52 lakh. The marketer's Mobile Bazar shops on the second floor are 100 to 300 sq ft at PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per sq ft, and furnished apartments listed for rent at about PKR 35,000 to 36,500. No FDA approval number is public, so ask for the building approval and completion certificate.

What is Allied Center Faisalabad, and is "Allied Centre Plaza" the same?

Allied Center is a mixed use commercial and residential building on Narwala Road. Portals such as Zameen, OLX, Lamudi and Hamariweb write "Allied Center", while the marketer ArzaayPak writes "Allied Centre". We found no source that uses "Allied Centre Plaza" as a formal name, so treat it as a search phrase for the same building.

Do not confuse it with other Allied projects. ArzaayPak describes "Allied Plaza" as a separate Al-Fazal commercial project, and "Allied City & Market" on Samundari Road is a different scheme. The FDA private schemes list has several entries starting with Allied: Allied City (Chak 233/RB) and Allied Housing Scheme (Chak 242/RB) on Samundri Road are Under Process, and Allied Garden and Allied housing-II are Illegal. Those are housing schemes, not this building, and a plaza would not normally appear on a private schemes list at all.

Where is Allied Center and what is inside?

Allied Center is on Main Narwala Road, Model Town, Sector B, near Narwala Chowk, the Faisalabad Bypass, the University of Agriculture and GC University. OpenStreetMap tags it as a shopping mall at about 31.4206 N, 73.0719 E. A promoter post says the Mobile Bazar is about 600 metres from Katchery Bazaar, and no source gives drive times to the Clock Tower or the motorway. Google shows 4.2 stars from 168 reviews for Allied Center (19 October 2026).

Sources describe the building in different ways:

• A Zameen apartment listing says a 10 floor plaza with three commercially functional floors, built in 2020, with a lobby, parking, elevators, a service elevator and electricity backup, and calls the structure "100% gray completed".
• ArzaayPak describes furnished apartments, offices and ground level shops, and says the building is "fully constructed and ready for occupancy".
• The Mobile Bazar on the second floor has 37 shops of 100 to 300 sq ft, about 11,067 sq ft in total, with basement parking and escalators to the second floor mentioned. That listing was updated on 18 August 2025.
• The year built appears as 2020, 2024 and 2025 on different pages, and the gray structure and "ready for occupancy" claims differ, so the building may have been completed in stages. Visit and see which floors are finished.

We found no total shop or office count, parking count, lift count or anchor brand. A Lamudi page lists a pool, gym, ATM and conference room in what looks like boilerplate, so ignore it unless you see them.

Who is the developer and is Allied Center approved?

ArzaayPak names Al-Fazal Developers (also written Al-Fazal Builders and Developers) as the developer and itself as the exclusive marketer, so this is a marketing source, not an independent one. Zameen's listing names no developer, and we found no legal entity name or registration.

ArzaayPak lists the building's status as "FDA status: Approved," without a number or date.

We could not confirm any approval. Ask for the building plan approval, the completion certificate, the developer's registration and the allotment or booking letter, and check them with the issuing office. Whether the title is registered unit by unit is also unconfirmed.

How much do shops and apartments cost in Allied Center?

The marketer's Mobile Bazar shops cost PKR 40,000 per sq ft at the Gold rate and PKR 45,000 per sq ft at the Premium rate, which puts a 100 sq ft shop at about PKR 40 to 45 lakh and a 300 sq ft shop at about PKR 1.2 to 1.35 crore. That is our arithmetic from the marketer's per sq ft rates. Apartments in expired listings were far cheaper per sq ft.

We could not retrieve the price on an OLX 839 sq ft shop listing.

Because live priced listings are scarce, a price you are quoted may come only from the marketer. Ask for the price list in writing, the per sq ft rate for your floor and what the rate includes.

What is the payment plan for Allied Center?

The marketer quotes 25 percent booking for apartments with 60 monthly installments over 5 years, and 25 percent booking for Mobile Bazar shops followed by 1 percent per month. On the Zameen apartment example, the 2.7 marla 2 bed unit at PKR 84.56 lakh needed PKR 21.14 lakh upfront and then 60 payments of PKR 1.06 lakh. We found no calendar dates for any plan.

Ask whether the plan is the current one, what happens if you miss an installment, and when possession is given. Rely only on a signed schedule.

How much does it cost to rent in Allied Center?

We found only a small number of rent listings, and they are mostly furnished apartments at about PKR 35,000 to 36,500 a month. Search snippets also showed a furnished 355 sq ft apartment at PKR 21,500, fully furnished offices from PKR 95,000 and up to PKR 2.5 lakh, and a 50,000 office listing whose area field looks like a data error.

Portals do not label the rent period, and we read these as monthly. A promoter Facebook post says units already earn rental income of PKR 18,000 to 20,000 a month. That is a marketing claim with no unit size, so do not use it as a yield. As an example of checking such a claim, a 324 sq ft apartment bought at PKR 39.52 lakh that rented for PKR 20,000 a month would earn PKR 2.4 lakh a year, about 6 percent before costs. That is our arithmetic, not a measured yield.

Which documents should you check before buying a unit in Allied Center?

Ask for the FDA building plan approval and completion certificate, the developer's registration and the allotment or booking letter, unit by unit ownership or sub lease documents, payment receipts, the developer's NOC, utility clearance, CNIC copies and a land title check (fard) in the Punjab land records. No source describes the transfer process for this building, so this is a general checklist, and you should have a lawyer verify it.

• Confirm which floors are finished and who maintains the common areas.
• Confirm the unit's size on the ground against the booking letter.
• Check whether the title is registered unit by unit.

Should you buy a shop, office or apartment in Allied Center?

Buy only after you have seen the finished floor, the approvals and a written price list, because public data on this building is thin and mostly from the marketer. We found no news report, court case or complaint about Allied Center, but our search was limited and Facebook could not be opened, so absence of bad news is not proof of safety.

For shops, test the footfall at the hours that matter, and compare the PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per sq ft rate with ground floor shops on other roads.
