Circle Club Faisalabad Membership: Fees, Rules and Facilities (2026)

Circle Club is a social, fitness and business club with a hotel on Kashmir Road, West Canal, Faisalabad. It offers two membership options, Platinum and Gold, with installment plans over a 1 year term, but the fees and security deposits are in by-law documents that the club does not show on its web pages. The best public price signals are resale asks on a Facebook group: about PKR 16 lakh for a Platinum family founder's membership and PKR 6 lakh for a family membership, both before checking the transfer charges. Approval is by interview and committee decision, and the Gold by-laws snippet mentions a 5 percent transfer charge.

What is Circle Club Faisalabad?

Circle Club is on Kashmir Road, West Canal, Faisalabad, and markets itself as "Faisalabad's Premier Social, Fitness and Business Club" with a hotel. Booking, Travelocity and Tripadvisor list about 39 to 40 rooms. The official sites are thecircleclub.pk and circleclub.pk. We found only one Circle Club in Faisalabad, and other clubs with the same name elsewhere, such as in New York or Manchester, are unrelated.

We could not find the legal status (society, company or trust), the owner or the year it was founded. A Tripadvisor review from about six years ago shows it was open by around 2020. The phone is 041 8757701 (listed as 041 875 7701 to 10) and the email is [email protected]. Travelocity lists the Chenab Club as a 7 minute drive and the Clock Tower as 8 minutes.

What facilities does Circle Club have?

The official facilities page lists an executive gym, a ladies gym and aerobics, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, badminton courts, a squash court with a viewing gallery, table tennis, snooker and billiards, a jogging track, RIP 60 training, yoga, a Kids Club with indoor soft play, The Den business lounge, Cine Circle (a cinema), a ladies lounge, a salon, a sports shop, a wellness center with physiotherapy, a doctor and a nutritionist, and Pulse Restaurant. It also has a ballroom, corporate event spaces and an outdoor events lawn. Hotel rooms and a spa appear on the home page.

An indoor air conditioned padel court appears only in the club's Facebook posts, and reviews also mention a sauna and steam room. We could not confirm these on the facilities page. Hours: the Facebook page says "Always open". We found no dress code or guest rules on the pages we read.

What are the membership options and fees at Circle Club?

The official membership page offers Platinum and Gold options, both with a "security deposit" and installment plans for a 1 year term. It does not show the amounts. They sit in the Platinum and Gold by-laws and forms, which are PDF files on the club's site that we did not open. Google snippets say fees and deposits "may change from time to time".

Because the page does not show the amounts, the best public price signal is the resale market below. Ask the club for the current Platinum and Gold schedules in writing with the date, and read the by-laws before you pay.

How do you apply for Circle Club membership?

Both forms say that submitting an application does not guarantee membership, and that approval is by interview and committee decision. Google snippets of the by-law files say applications are entertained only with the filled form, the security deposit and supporting documents. We found no age limit, sponsor rule or waiting list information.

Can you sell or transfer a Circle Club membership?

A transfer appears to be possible. The Gold by-laws snippet says the club charges 5 percent of the current membership fee on transfers, and we did not check the Platinum by-laws or the approval rules for transfers. These resale asks were posted in a Facebook group called "Club membership sale n buy" (about 5.8K followers) and found through Google on 22 October 2026:

• A Platinum family founder's membership (membership number below 50) at PKR 16 lakh, excluding transfer charges, in a post dated 5 March 2026.
• A family membership at PKR 6 lakh including transfer charges, with monthly charges of PKR 2,500, in a post whose date is not shown, so it may be old.

We found fewer than five priced resale listings and none on OLX for Circle Club itself. The two asks are for different tiers and dates, so they are not comparable. Facebook post links are not stable, so we do not link to them.

Are club membership fees taxed in Punjab?

Punjab Excise's education cess page says that since the Finance Act 2011, notified elite clubs whose initial membership fee in any category is PKR 2 lakh or more pay a cess of 10 percent of the initial membership fee and 10 percent of the charge for services. The page is undated, so we could not confirm the 2026 rate, and we found nothing saying whether Circle Club is a notified club. Ask the club what taxes and cess are included in a quoted fee.

What do people say about Circle Club?

Google Maps shows 4.3 stars from 2,189 reviews (22 October 2026). Tripadvisor shows 2.7 from only 3 reviews and ranks it tenth of 10 hotels in Faisalabad, so the two sample sizes are very different.

Praise includes spacious rooms and lounges, friendly staff, food, and many sports and family facilities in one place. Complaints include one 1 star review about poor spa service and weak handling of complaints, another about a long stay, and a suggestion to replace single beds.

One Google Maps reviewer wrote: "Everyone should experience at least couple of nights, especially with family."

We found no news report, dispute, court case or closure about the club.
