Naturals Club and Resort Faisalabad Membership: Fees, Rules and Facilities (2026)

Naturals Club and Resort, often written Natural Club, is a country club "Off Zero Point" on the Canal Expressway in Faisalabad, with a country club, golf, an aqua and adventure resort, a wellness resort and an equestrian club under one membership. The club publishes no fee table, so every price we found is from agents, social posts or a forum. Those numbers range from a PKR 70,000 offer starting amount and "monthly from PKR 4,000" to joining fees of PKR 10 to 12 lakh, and one Reddit comment of PKR 25 lakh cash or PKR 32 lakh in installments. What is Naturals Club and Resort, and which name is right?

The official name is Naturals Club and Resort. Spellings in use include Natural Club, Natural's Club, Naturals Resort and Natural Farms Club and Resort. It is one club, a country club with five clubs inside it: Country Club, Golf Club, Adventure and Aqua Resort, Wellness Resort and Equestrian Club.

Do not confuse it with two related names. Naturals Club Suites is a residential project beside the club, and Naturals Farms is the organic food brand. The legal entity is also written two ways: the official site footer says "Naturals Farms Club and Resort LLP" (2026), while a Zameen blog calls it "Naturals Country Club and Resort PVT LTD". We could not settle which is correct.

We found no opening date. Zameen pre-launch articles from around mid 2024 suggest memberships were being sold then, and members were already petitioning about charges in April 2025.

Where is Naturals Club and Resort?

The club is Off Zero Point, Canal Expressway, Faisalabad, on Naturals Road. The phone and WhatsApp number is +92 311 1008111 and the email is [email protected]. Zameen's marketing page gives drive times of 3 minutes from the Canal Expressway, 5 minutes from Downtown Faisalabad, 12 minutes from Wapda City, 12 minutes from the Sahianwala interchange on the M-4, 12 minutes from FIEDMC and 13 minutes from the Allama Iqbal Industrial City. These are promotional claims, so check your own route.

What facilities does Naturals Club and Resort have?

The official site lists an international standard cricket ground, padel, tennis, futsal, pickleball, an indoor gym, an indoor swimming pool, squash and badminton courts, the Toprange practice range, golf, an aqua and adventure resort with a wave pool and slides, a wellness resort and spa, an equestrian club, an amphitheater and event lawns, and four dining venues: Cairo (Pakistani and Pan-Asian), Ikigai (Japanese), Club Lounge Cafe and Toprange Cafe.

Zameen adds about 40 acres, a lake with boating and fishing, go karting, a zip line, paintball, an outdoor cinema, a VR gaming zone, a Miyawaki forest and community farming. We could not confirm these on the official pages we read. The site lists no hotel rooms, women's facilities or children's areas separately, and no opening hours.

What are the membership fees at Naturals Club and Resort?

The club does not publish its fees. The official membership page lists application categories (Family, Associated and Corporate) and says Country Club membership is mandatory, with Golf Club, Wellness Resort, Equestrian Club and Aqua and Adventure Resort as tier selections.

The figures below come from agents, social posts and a forum. They may be for different tiers and dates, and they are not comparable with each other.

Zameen also says memberships come with a 3 year payment plan and claims the fees are "three times lower than the Chenab Club", which is a sales claim. Compare it with our guide to Chenab Club membership.

Because the numbers differ so much, ask the club for a written fee schedule that lists the joining fee, the monthly charge for each facility, any deposit and the date of the schedule.

How do you apply, and what are the club rules?

Every application is reviewed and approved by the club, and applicants may be called for an interview. A membership application PDF is on the official downloads page. We found no age limit, proposer rule or waiting list information. Apply through the Membership Team on +92 311 1008111 or the enquiry form on the official site.

The official Club Policies page sets these rules:

• Smart casual or formal dress in dining areas, proper sportswear for sports and appropriate swimwear at pools, with no offensive slogans or excessively revealing clothing.
• A maximum of two guests per visit, with guest fees, registration and valid ID. Only the member or spouse may introduce guests, dependent children may not bring guests, and guests may not use sports, recreation or pool facilities.
• Membership cards are non-transferable.
• No unauthorised photography of other members, smoking only in designated areas and no weapons.

Can you sell or transfer a Naturals Club membership?

Officially no: membership cards are non-transferable. We found no transfer fee, and no resale listings for Naturals memberships. OLX results for the name were flats and properties in Naturals Club Suites, not memberships. Zameen describes itself as the exclusive sales and marketing partner for memberships, while many agents also advertise, so the main route is buying from the club side.

What changed recently, and what did members complain about?

The club announced new subscription charges effective 28 April 2025. Members who started a Change.org petition on 16 April 2025 (12 verified signatures when we saw it) said sales staff had quoted family monthly charges excluding golf at PKR 10,000 to 12,000, and that the new schedule charges for each facility separately and is much higher. We found no club reply on that page, so this is one side of the dispute.

Official news items include a healthcare partnership with Novocare on 12 July 2026, a Youth Excellence Program in summer 2026 and an online spa menu. The club says members get 25 to 50 percent discounts at Novocare, Health 360 and IDC, subject to partner terms.

We found no news report, court case or closure about the club beyond the petition.

What do people say about Naturals Club and Resort?

Google Maps shows 4.5 stars from 686 reviews and the club's Facebook page shows 4.3 stars from 6 reviews (22 October 2026). We did not read the review text, so we cannot summarise praise or complaints from reviews.

Is Naturals Club and Resort linked to Downtown Faisalabad?

Possibly, but it is unconfirmed. A Zameen pre-launch ad for Downtown Faisalabad says "After the remarkable success of Naturals Club and Resort", and the Google Maps listing for Downtown shows the same phone number, 0311 1008111, that Naturals uses. Are club fees taxed in Punjab?

Punjab Excise's education cess page says that since the Finance Act 2011, notified elite clubs whose initial membership fee in any category is PKR 2 lakh or more pay a cess of 10 percent of the initial membership fee and 10 percent of the charge for services. The page is undated, so we could not confirm the 2026 rate, and we found nothing saying whether Naturals Club and Resort is a notified club. Ask the club what taxes and cess are included in any fee quoted to you.
